As with anyone who runs a business, having a customer with issues is frustrating... I honestly would question him if he wasn't frustrated, it's costly and he loses on it... but he stands by his warranty. I just ordered my wife's PC and she just couldn't wait until I got home and said pc wouldn't turn on, called him and of course she was hitting the wrong button to power on... but he helped her through it as frustrating as it can be.
