When I got to the shop Alex helped me once I got there and was also great as well walking me through all the apps that they pre download including steam and discord and everything else you could want. I then got hands on I'm the shop before I took it home where I experienced some issues (user error) but I messaged Daniel and he got back to me straight away and told me how to solve the issue in the matter of seconds

Ok, I wanted to wait a few weeks before I took the time to write a review for my first custom build. First, this computer is clean. It was well put... read more together and looks exactly the way I imagined it would. It has 6 120mm RGB fans and they were all synced to the mothers boards Arora software which keeps all the pattens and colors uniform. The fans were installed properly and in a way that has effectively cooled my high performance parts. I have not seen any part of this build over heat while video editing or gaming with the ultra settings on. Second, Everything I asked for was included in the build. The CPU, GPU, RAM (RGB), SSD, X570 motherboard, casing, power, supply, 360mm AiO liquid cooling system and Windows 11 pro were all there and in great working condition. Additionally, the RAM was clocked at the advertised speeds of 3600 Mhz even though they come out of the box at lower speeds. So they took the time to ensure that all parts were performing at the speeds they should be. Third, the build came with the anti-virus Malwarebytes, Discord, VLC, Steam, chrome, and a GPU benchmarking program which shows that they took the time to make sure the graphics card was performing the way it should be before shipping. This was a big deal for me as not having a system come with a bunch of unnecessary bloat-ware which makes a huge difference when firing up the rig right out of the box. Overall the system feels light weight while still including all the necessities. And lastly, Daniel was awesome. Getting a build through Cincy Power Computers just for the customer support alone would be worth the purchase. Danial was always available when I called and answered any questioned I had. So, for me this is a huge deal as I feel confident that if I ever need to get ahold of Daniel with questions he will be there in a timely manner. That is a whole hell of a lot better than sitting on hold for hours waiting to talk to some representative who really could care less about your issues. Daniel is the man! So, Overall this is an amazing build. It performs amazing, its quit, it cool, its aesthetically pleasing, and I can tell that a lot of effort went in to making sure everything was running exactly the way it should be. in fact, I liked it so much that I have recommended it to a friend and I plan to use them to build my daughters rig in the future. I would recommend Cincy Power Computers to anyone looking for a high performance computer for a damn good price. Thanks, Cincy Power Computers! Bravo!!! 5 out of 5 stars.

Best thing is he will get you... read more the best parts he can for what you want while staying in your price range I bought my Pc about 8 months ago and if anything with the auto updates to the drives and cpu and anti-virus software(with come pre- installed) my Pc runs just as good if not better than the day I brought it home I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.my budget was 800 dollars and they build me a Pc that ran better and still runs better and out performs my friends “name brand” Alienware set up (with came with a price tag of almost three grand) if you want a Pc that’s going to do what you want and run great while staying in budget hands down should stop by cincy power computers.you won’t regret it.
