As with anyone who runs a business, having a customer with issues is frustrating... I honestly would question him if he wasn't frustrated, it's costly and he loses on it... but he stands by his warranty. I just ordered my wife's PC and she just couldn't wait until I got home and said pc wouldn't turn on, called him and of course she was hitting the wrong button to power on... but he helped her through it as frustrating as it can be. I will only order from here. I recommend everyone do the same.

I originally selected a $2,000 pre-built PC and after talking to Daniel he tailored a custom one for 1600 in just about an hour.... read more 2 days later I stopped by for pickup and he also offered to ship it since I was originally from out of town. When I got to the shop Alex helped me once I got there and was also great as well walking me through all the apps that they pre download including steam and discord and everything else you could want. I then got hands on I'm the shop before I took it home where I experienced some issues (user error) but I messaged Daniel and he got back to me straight away and told me how to solve the issue in the matter of seconds
